Quick Fixes, Rules, and Settings
Black or Frozen Screen?
- Press the Windows key on the keyboard (the ⊞ key near the bottom-left).
- At the bottom of the screen, find the green and orange TrackMan icons.
- Right-click each one and choose Close.
- On the desktop, double-click the orange TrackMan icon to reopen it.
- Wait 1 minute for it to load.
Not signed into your TrackMan account? You may lose your round progress.

Ball not Picking up or Registering?
Not Tracking the Ball
- Use a clean white ball only.
- Remove any other balls from the hitting area.
If that doesn't work:
- Press the Windows key (⊞ near bottom-left of keyboard).
- Find the green and orange TrackMan icons at the bottom of the screen.
- Right-click each one and choose Close.
- Double-click the orange TrackMan icon on the desktop to reopen it.
- Wait 1 minute for it to load.
- Start a round or the range — it should be working now.
⚠️ Not signed into your TrackMan account? You may lose your round progress. If you do, pickup from "My Activities" on the main screen.

Side Screens Off?
If the side TVs are fully off, there’s a power button located under the center logo on the TV. Press it once and the TrackMan side-screen display should appear.

Side Screens "No view selected"
- Press the Windows key on the keyboard (the ⊞ key near the bottom-left).
- At the bottom of the screen, find the green and orange TrackMan icons.
- Right-click each one and choose Close.
- On the desktop, double-click the orange TrackMan icon to reopen it.
- Wait 1 minute for it to load.
- It should then be fixed once you start a round or the range

TrackMan Login Issues?
- Don't have the TrackMan app or can't log in? No worries just select "Guest" to start playing.
- Getting a wrong password or locked out? cancel the login and tap "Guest".
- You don't need an account to play!
⚠️ Playing as a guest your stats and round progress won't be saved. We recommend downloading the TrackMan app and creating an account for the best experience.
(Do it at home, don't waste time at the sim!)

House Rules
- Leave the space clean for the next member.
- Max 4 people per box.
- Need more time? Book an extension — unbooked overtime is charged at 2x.
- Use the provided new balls only to protect the screens.
- Limit food. No alcohol.
- Keep noise and music respectful when others are nearby.
- Damage? Let us know ASAP.
